Tobias Schmidtner studied economic anthropology and had a career in organizational development and HR for more than 12 years. Since 2016, he is helping jobseekers from all kinds of professional backgrounds and cultural origins to establish their professional life in Berlin. Having provided front-line support in thousands of consultations at the Welcome Centre of the Senate Administration of Berlin and his home-base JOB POINT Berlin, he has built a solid knowledge of what new arrivals and long-time residence job seekers need to be successful.
