This live online seminar from JOB POINT Berlin offers help and actionable insights for all non-German speaking job seekers.

While the unemployment rate in Berlin slightly rose in January, pundits are still positiv regarding the overall labour market situation in the metropolitan area. "We assume that the rate of employees […] will continue to develop positively," said Schröder, regional head of the federal agency of work at the latest monthly press conference. She also pointed to the high demand for labor and skilled workers. "We now have an employee market in Berlin and Brandenburg."

While this is certainly good news, we at JOB POINT Berlin know from our daily consultations with newcomers from all over the world, that jobsearch in Berlin and Germany is by far not a self-runner. In fact, strategic planning and networking, and solid craftsmanship of all job hunting tools and techniques are needed.

So participating is the right thing for you to do, if you:

  • are currently looking for a job in Berlin or want to apply in the near future
  • want to develop yourself for a position that matches your potential and skill set
  • lay the foundation for and/or optimize your application documents
  • learn about tips and tricks for an effective job hunt in the Berlin metropolitan area

Our experienced host will cover all these issues and many more. There will also be the opportunity to address your individual matters directly.

Bonus: Participants of the online seminar „How to find a job in Berlin“ (22nd of March) are invited to join our exclusive Virtual Consultation Hour on Wednesday, 29th of March at 4.00 pm for free and discuss their personal matters, challenges and success stories in a constructive and community minded setting.
