The „JOB POINT Einzelcoaching – vor Ort und digital“ (JOB POINT Individual Coaching – On Site and Online – On-site and Digital) is an intensive and individualized coaching program, supported by an AVGS voucher from the Agentur für Arbeit and Job Centers. Current programme reference number: 962/64/26.

Requirements: You are currently seeking employment and registered with the Employment Agency (Agentur für Arbeit) or the Job Center. You are looking for assistance in the application process and have a good understanding of German.
The Goal
You will receive the necessary tools to design your application process (digitally). You define your individual coaching goal to achieve the best possible result.
Needs Assessment and Goal Clarification
Getting to know each other, clarifying concerns, and aligning consultation goals
Skills Assessment
Job-related competency analysis and identification of strengths and achievements
Career Guidance and Goals Development
Career orientation using various test tools, suitability assessment, and realistic evaluation
Application Documents
Creating a meaningful curriculum vitae, structure, content, and argumentation in the cover letter
Digital Application
Digitizing application documents, creating email addresses, and managing the inbox
Job Search Job search and Application Support
Utilizing online job boards, activating networks
Job Interview
Preparing for (digital) job interviews, presenting one's motivation, skills, and personality positively in the conversation
