JetBrains IDE Services is a suite of products that enhances the developer experience and boosts developer teams’ productivity at scale. Built with our largest enterprise customers in mind, it allows for centralized control and automation of AI technology usage, simplifies management of developer tools, ensures cost control by streamlining license management, and enables collaborative development practices.

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to own and drive B2B marketing activities for JetBrains IDE Services, working to generate demand, refine positioning, and drive customer engagement in our enterprise segment.

As part of the IDE Services Marketing and Business Development team, you will plan, execute, and optimize campaigns targeted at our enterprise customers. You will work closely with our sales, sales engineering, customer success, marketing, and product teams to develop efficient marketing funnels to generate inbound leads and support outbound sales efforts.

This role involves finding the best solutions aligned with global business objectives and validating them with stakeholders through experimentation, iteration, and cross-functional collaboration.

Your success will depend on:

  • Your ability to generate a steady flow of high-quality leads for the sales pipeline.
  • Your ability to establish strong collaboration between the sales, sales engineering, marketing, and product teams.
  • Establishing and refining the B2B marketing strategy to support IDE Services’ business growth.

As part of our team, you will:

  • Research and define the key buyer personas and find appropriate channels to target them.
  • Develop compelling B2B positioning and messaging that addresses the needs of decision-makers across our target business and enterprise customers.
  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, paid media, content marketing, events, ABM, and webinars) to generate an enterprise pipeline for IDE Services.
  • Partner with the sales team to create and refine account-based marketing (ABM) strategies targeting key enterprise accounts.
  • Work closely with sales enablement to define, produce, and update sales collateral and marketing resources, including product websites, blog articles, customer case studies, and other product-related collateral.
  • Collaborate with cloud marketplace teams (AWS and GCP) to drive marketplace adoption and visibility.
  • Support co-marketing efforts with partners, including cloud providers and key technological partners.
  • Align marketing efforts with product roadmaps, working closely with the product teams to highlight key features and identify opportunities to inform the marketing strategy and its implementation.
  • Collaborate with the sales, sales engineering, and customer success teams to improve lead handoff processes, optimize outreach strategies, and support outbound sales activities.

Voraussetzungen

We will be happy to bring you on board if you have:

  • 3+ years of successful marketing experience for B2B software products or services targeting enterprise customers.
  • A proven ability to execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (e.g. content marketing, events, ABM, paid media).
  • Experience with ABM strategies and cloud marketplaces (AWS and GCP) as a plus.
  • An understanding of the software purchasing process in enterprise environments, including decision-making personas and the decision-making process.
  • The ability to grasp technical concepts in the developer tooling space and communicate them clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
