Drive global growth with personalized and scalable marketing strategies

JetBrains is a leader in AI-driven software development tools, trusted by over 11 million users, including 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 companies. As we expand our B2B marketing efforts, we’re seeking a Global SMB Customer Lifecycle Marketing (CLM) Manager to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell metrics with more than 100K customers globally. This should be done by targeting technical decision makers and developing personalized and scalable marketing strategies across the full B2B product portfolio.

This role also includes developing a global media strategy to generate high-intent leads from in-market SMB buyers using SEO, SEA, LinkedIn, and user-centric platforms.

This new role presents a unique opportunity to shape JetBrains’ B2B strategies, combining the agility of a scale-up with the resources of an enterprise.

Key responsibilities:

Shape a global, scalable CLM strategy

  • Design and execute a customer lifecycle marketing strategy that enhances engagement and revenue across JetBrains’ B2B portfolio, including IntelliJ IDEs, AI Assistant, Qodana, TeamCity, CodeCanvas, Datalore, and DotUltimate.
  • Leverage automation, email marketing, and website personalization to increase customer retention and expansion.
  • Develop and execute personalized marketing campaigns to enhance customer lifetime value. Use data-driven insights to personalize marketing initiatives at scale.
  • Ensure global consistency and effectiveness in targeting SMBs.
  • Continuously optimize strategies based on data analytics and performance insights.

Drive high-intent lead generation

  • Develop and execute a global, scalable media strategy to attract and nurture SMB leads.
  • Optimize SEO, SEA (search engine advertising), LinkedIn Ads, and lower-funnel channels for customer acquisition.
  • Implement a data-driven approach to maximize MQL conversion rates.

Drive audience and industry insights

  • Become the most knowledgeable person regarding the specified target audience by leveraging and initiating multiple data sources to constantly refine lifecycle marketing strategies.
  • Stay up to date with competitor lifecycle marketing strategies, industry trends, and customer pain points to optimize JetBrains’ marketing approach.
  • Understand how new tools and technologies could be useful for JetBrains B2B marketing.

Collaborate and lead

  • Develop and lead project groups for the most impactful marketing tactics that are being defined on the basis of the CLM marketing strategy.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Research, and Automation teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
  • Manage relations with external agencies to secure quality, speed, and cost efficiency.
  • Functionally lead team members supporting the marketing execution of the CLM tactics.

Voraussetzungen

We will be happy to have you on our team if you have:

  • 5+ years in B2B marketing, with a proven track record in customer lifecycle marketing, retention, and demand generation.
  • Expertise in email marketing, marketing automation, personalization, SEO, SEA, and LinkedIn advertising.
  • Strong analytical skills, using data to optimize marketing performance.
  • The ability to manage external agencies and functionally lead supporting team members.
  • Experience in software, SaaS, or technology industries and global/regional marketing would be a plus.
