The successful fair in shopping centers – open, close, and cost-effective
JOB POINT Berlin has been organizing several job fairs each year since 2014 in the shopping centers of various districts of Berlin. At the job fairs, companies have the affordable opportunity to present themselves and their open positions with an exhibition booth.
Thanks to cost coverage by the center management and the funding from the State of Berlin/the Senate Department for Labor, Social Affairs, Equality, Integration, Diversity, and Anti-Discrimination, the participation fee is very affordable compared to other job fairs.
The venue allows direct contact with potential employees in a relaxed atmosphere. The fair is the opportunity where job seekers and companies can meet in a less formal environment. This can lead to more natural and productive conversations.
Random visitors who initially came for shopping, might be inspired by the fair to think about a career change. This allows you to reach a different target group than at other job fairs.
All exhibition booths have the same size and equipment, ensuring that even small and medium-sized enterprises have the same opportunity to be seen.
Meet suitable employees directly on-site and become an exhibitor at our next “Shop a Job” fairs.
Please note: In case of high interest from companies in participating, it is possible that all exhibition booths may be allocated before the registration deadline expires.

The “Shop a Job” fair is currently held twice a year by JOB POINT Berlin. It is an established job fair that has been organized by JOB POINT Berlin since 2014. The concept is continually developed and adapts to the conditions of the shopping centers where the fair takes place. Therefore, there may be differences in the fair locations. Booth design, marketing, and equipment – we take care of the organization and support you in your recruitment efforts.
Target Audience and Reach
The fair targets a broad audience, including low-qualified workers, skilled professionals, and job changers. In the conveniently located shopping centers, up to 30,000 visitors are expected daily. Through collaboration with job centers, youth employment agencies, labor agencies, district offices, and Berlin job coaches, you will reach a diverse audience. Random visitors who initially came to shop, may be inspired by the fair to consider changing jobs.
